If using a paid plan, you agree to our subscription terms. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified on our billing page.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may cancel anytime from your settings panel.
Kabya CRM is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify users via email or dashboard. Continued use means you accept the changes.
